Undergraduate

All instructions and examinations for undergraduate programs are generally controlled only in Japanese. Foreign students are required to have a good command of the Japanese language.

①Selecting Course

In the fall semester of the second year, you select 1 course you wish to be assigned from three courses of "Civil Engineering and Architecture" and two courses of "Architecture and Building Sciences." You will be assigned by your record.

★If you wish to enroll in "Tsunami Engineering Laboratory" or "Disaster Potential Research Laboratory", you need to be assigned in the course of "Water and Environmental Studies."

If you wish to enroll in "Earthquake Disaster Research Laboratory" or "Disaster Mitigation Research Laboratory", you can be assigned in either courses of "Architectural Design" and "Architectural Engineering".

②Your laboratory will be decided in the fall semester of the third year to be started in the spring semester of the fourth year.
